問題一:Notes 用戶開始以「notes admin」的名義發送郵件，而「notes admin」是我們的郵件管理員使用者。

經過檢查發現用戶資料庫的擁有者是 notes admin
通常管理者可以直接利用喜好設定修改成使用者名稱就可以解決該問題

問題二:若無法變更或管理者無權限

可能有時候因管理者無權限profile異常而變更後又跑回原來，可以利用以下方式

利用信件
1.在信箱->新信件建立一個郵件Button

2.利用LotuScript

貼入下方的LotusScript
